Community Initiatives: Giving Back and Empowering the Vulnerable

Why We Give Back

At MWellness Kenya, we believe that mental wellness is not just about individual healing—it’s about creating a supportive and compassionate society. Through our M-Charity program, we empower vulnerable individuals, ensuring that everyone, regardless of background, has access to mental health resources, education, and opportunities.

Our Key Community Initiatives

🏠 Supporting Orphans & Street Children
We partner with children’s homes and rescue centers to provide:

  • Basic needs: Food, clothing, and school supplies.
  • Counseling services: Helping children heal from trauma.
  • Fun & interactive wellness activities: Art therapy, play therapy, and mentorship programs.

💼 Women & Youth Empowerment

  • We run mental health and business training workshops to help vulnerable youth and women gain financial independence and confidence.
  • We provide mental health support for victims of domestic violence, offering therapy and safe spaces.

🩺 Mental Health First Aid for the Community

  • We train teachers, parents, and local leaders on how to identify and support individuals experiencing mental health crises.
